All registered migration agents are required to abide by the ‘Code of Conduct’ which is contained at schedule 2 of the Migration Agents Regulations.
Clause 11.4 of the Code provides that registered agents who have an internet website must provide a link to the copy of the Code that is displayed on the authority’s website. You can access that copy by clicking here.
