Kateriina joined the firm in 1999, and has been working with the firm for most of the period since then. She has a combined degree in Arts and Law from the University of New South Wales.
Throughout her career as a solicitor, Katerina has worked almost exclusively in immigration law matters. She has wide ranging experience in all aspects of visa applications.

Ruwan Samarasinghe

Ruwan is a solicitor at the firm. He has previously worked as a lawyer overseas. Ruwan holds a Master of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Western Sydney. He has been practising in immigration law since 2004. He had previously worked in general practice, and had also worked as an Associate Lecturer at UWS.

Simon is a solicitor at the firm. He holds a combined Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Western Sydney; he graduated with honors.
Simon has previous experience working at the Federal Court of Australia as a legal officer. His responsibilities there included undertaking extensive research concerning legal issues arising in litigated immigration matters, and drafting detailed advice for the court. Simon has also worked as a taxation consultant.
